Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Shipping rates vary based on location. All packages are shipped via the USPS with a tracking number, with the exception of international orders.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 5 days (including Saturdays) from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund (minus S&H) or an exchange for regular priced items; on-sale and clearance items are non-refundable. Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. No refund or exchange will be issued for an item that has been worn. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed. Below are the steps for our easy return:
- Complete the form that was packaged with your item. Please ensure that your order number is written correctly.
- Pack & secure your item(s) into its original packaging, along with the form.
- Provide us with a tracking number once you have shipped the item back to us. Not providing this crucial information may delay the return process.
If you need to exchange your item, simply package it into its original packaging and mail it back to us. Once the item is received, you will receive a confirmation email that we received the item and the requested exchange item has been shipped out.
Unfortunately, exchanges and refunds are NOT available for international orders and all sales are final, with the exception of Canada.
